NUSA BANGSA UNIVERSITY or UNIVERSITAS NUSA BANGSA (hereinafter referred to as “NUSA BANGSA”) as a Private Higher Education Institution established in 1987 with an address of Jl. Sholeh Iskandar No.KM.4, RT.02/RW.05, Cibadak, Kec. Tanah Sereal, Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat 16166, Indonesia represented herein by its Rector, Prof. Dr. Ir. Budi Mulyanto, M.Sc.

and

ONEWORK SOLUTIONS SDN BHD (hereinafter referred to as “OneWork”) as Gig Economy Platform Operator and Online Skills Assessments Provider established in 2024 with an address of Level 1, Wisma Suria, Jalan Teknokrat 6, Cyber 5, 63000 Cyberjaya, Selangor, Malaysia represented herein by its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Mr. Abbyamir Sapie,
Hereinafter collectively known as the “Parties”.

Whereas The Parties desire and agree to enter into an agreement in which they will work together to encourage cooperation in academic and teaching, research and development, and community services, with the following terms and conditions:
1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The purpose of this MoU is to provide the framework and the scope of collaboration. The Parties agree to develop the following collaborative activities of mutual interests:
a. Undergraduate academic freelancing training and employment opportunity development;
b. Undergraduate competency, skills and employability assessments;
c. Postgraduate career matching and mentoring; and
d. Other academic exchange and cooperation to which the Parties mutually agree.

2. IMPLEMENTATION
The development and implementation of each program based upon this MOU shall be negotiated and agreed upon by the Parties under a separate written agreement, which explains in more detail regarding program implementation, financing, responsibilities of both parties and dispute resolution.

3. THE PARTIES OBLIGATIONS
The Parties agree that this document is not legally binding, but rather an agreement between The Parties to work together in such a manner that would promote a genuine atmosphere of collaboration in support of an effective and efficient partnership.
4. DURATION OF AGREEMENT
This MOU is valid for a period of five (5) years from the date of the last signing by the representatives of the Parties. This MOU shall be renewed after being reviewed and renegotiated by both universities.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this MOU is executed and duly signed by its respective authorized representative in two original copies in English and Indonesian language.
